Speedometer issues
I have a 90 NA, with an LS1, and 6-speed. I’ve got the cable from the tranny to the Dakota Digital box on my drivers fender. I need a speedo cable that plugs into the back of the speedometer, that will mate up to the Chevrolet threads on the I put side of the Dakota box.
Ive ordered a new speedo cable from Moss Miata, but need to find someone to put a new end on the new speedo cable. Any help appreciated.
Did I go about the speedo fix the wrong way ?

I can't help with the speedo cable. Used to be a lot of folks who would build speedo cables but that was when cars still used speedo cables. Might have some luck with a vintage or hot rod shop.
My NA8 (purchased from SupaDupaSteve) has an NB instrument cluster (I have a spare with white dials if anyone really needs one) and a Dakota Digital wire-to-wire box to convert T56 pulses to NB pulses. I know the details of wiring it up if you choose this path

I've read that Abbot makes a plug and play kit. You have to send them your speedo cable. I will be giving them a shot. What did you end up doing John?
