Cool build. What part of Florida are you in? There are a few of us in the Melbourne area.

I got the exhaust finished. Dual 3" stainless with x pipe and straight through mufflers. This was a pretty difficult exhaust to fit on a miata but I'm sure the procharger will enjoy the flow especially after i build some long tube headers for it. Also the car isnt too loud at all so i can stand daily driving a convertible with it.

Cut the bumper. I think it looks great with the duals and the cut. I'll be getting rid of the two frame horns that the factory tow hooks were on and i'll be building a tubular bumper bar with a hitch. At some point it will get a diffuser as well.

Clutch install. Custom made for the LS with a CD009 transmission. They don't advertise this on their site but they will make this clutch for no upcharge from their standard price for any clutch they offer.

I had issues with my factory de-capped injectors. One was stuck open and actually locked the engine so the starter couldn't turn it over and another stuck closed so i had a dead cylinder. Installed some snake eater performance 1000cc injectors and redid my fuel injector wiring to match the new deka injectors. Drove the car for the first time yesterday with this setup. car did great on its first outing. I have a few issues to sort before it's daily drivable but I'm super excited.

You are doing a clean swap and making some decent progress.
Keep it up and you will be done before the first snow fall.

Car is running and driving. Didn't want to wait in the first snow fall. Who knows how many years that will be. I live in Florida😂

Had issues with the 4cyl radiator and fans keeping the v8 cool and my home made shifter didn't work so well. Both have been upgraded. I'll post some pics of those later

Noticed your mention of a Procharger. Care to share any plans on that? Thanks
