Default L33 with no accelerator response

Have an l33 with l33 pcm, tac module, throttle body, and accelerator pedal positioning sensor. I've barely just got the engine running in the car and I have no throttle response at all. Not running a belt or coolant at the moment but I don't think that should be a problem. I'm just wondering if I'm missing something here. I've connected a bidirectional scan tool and it shows there's no pedal response. If you guys have any ideas it would be much appreciated.

When you have no throttle response with an electric throttle you are in what is called limp mode. A number of items can cause this to occur. The most often cause is the six pins in the connector wiring and the throttle body not making good contact. If you can run engine dianogstics for codes do so which may provide an indication of what is causing the problem. The computer communicates with the throttle body and pedal and the different signals must correspond and match to what computer senses the signals should be receiving from both petal and throttle body.

Did the harness and the gas pedal come from the same model? I’ve read that the pin out on the Truck pedal and the Corvette pedal can be different.
