Default T5 Clutch Fork & Slave Questions

I’m in the middle of my 302 conversion on my ’92 Miata with no kit. I’ve been researching the hydraulic slave cylinder and clutch fork on the web and can’t find to many details on the attachment of the push rod to the clutch fork. My plan is the for a new Miata master cylinder with a ’88 Fiero slave cylinder (Tonylaboy build). The slave cylinder I purchased from Rock Auto did not come with the push rod.

Should I make up my own push rod or send it back and get a slave with the push rod?

Is the push rod threaded with a nut for pushing adjustment on the clutch fork and does the push rod attach to the clutch fork through the drilled hole with a nut on the back side?

Thanks for you help.

Erik
