Well finally comming to the end of the project. I am pulling the engine / trans for the final time tomorrow to spray the Lizzard Skin insulation between the frame rails and fire wall. Here are some pics of the shifter cover andSway bar mount.

Jack, you sneaky rascal, not even a mention of the cool smog pump/ac compressor mount. I'm still 1400 miles away from my project and haven't turned a wrench since early June so progress no on the ac.

How about a few pics showing the belt routing, idler pulleys and ac mount.

Small world that it is I've also got a container of Lizardskin with plans to use on the firewall, trans tunnel and above the exhaust system, then any remaining I'll shoot on the inside floor pans. One of the reoccurring tips I've run across is to clean and degrease really well prior to the LS application.

Your car is really coming together nicely.

5.0,
The accessory drive is from a T bird. The belt is 104". The A/C mount is just a plate that is just a hinge set up. here is a pic of the belt routing.

Thanks Jack, I'm using front dress off a 95 LTD so same as your's. Only difference is I'm not using powering steering so have to source a idler pulley and mount. Your setup looks great by the way.

Jack I am looking for a shifter cover like yours. Where can I find on for my Monster NA? I have a lot of hat coming into the car. Thanks for the good information.

I cut and formed it from some .065 steel from an old steel shelf. I used Rivnuts 7/16 bolts to attach it.

Thanks for the offer and I would really like to see it. I just got my engine in for it's first fitting so I feel guilty not working on it every spare minute. I will give you a shout when I see some time slots open up.

hmm you have a cleaning car from inside. nice work you have done. I like the shifter and other parts. But you engine is awesome. I guess you are pretty expert in this work as you do separate each part of the car. Anyhow thanks for sharing. I wanna see the car after completing it.

Little globe that it is I've also got a package of Lizardskin with programs to use on the firewall program, trans canal and above the fatigue program, then any staying I'll capture on the within ground dishes. One of the reoccurring guidelines I've run across is to fresh and de-grease really well before LS program.. . . . . ..
