Default Clutch Slave Travel

Below is a link to view my clutch slave in action. Does that appear to be enough travel? Still a little ways away from an engine startup. Also, looks like the pushrod on the clutch fork might be a bit long, might have to lop off a quarter inch.

Sorry but you have to turn your head sideways, I couldn't rotate the video...

That looks good to my eyes. I have only driven mine as far as the flatbed, but it seemed to engage/disengage properly with about the same amount of travel you have there.
