What is the difference between a V8R mountless subframe and the one one for 2000$?

What is the difference between a V8R mountless subframe and the one one for 2000$?
Excuse my ignorance, but is it honestly just the mounts, frame braces and tranny mount? Thanks!

Plain and simple, the mountless subframe is not coated, and has no mounts on it. It is really built so that someone can take the tube subframe already fabricated to fit in the mounting points, and add mounts for an engine of their choice.
