Default Exocet Updates

I updated the website for some winter updates to the race car:

I changed over to spherical bearings: Spherical Bearings 1/4/18 ? Racing the Exocet

I made a number of changes to the suspension: Suspension Updates 1/4/18 ? Racing the Exocet

Will it make the car faster? Oh, I certainly hope so. Next race is in April.

I talked to my insurance agent this morning. He couldn't find an underwriter for my car, because it's a race car, and looks like a race car. Mostly because it has numbers and class designaters on it. I'm going to cover those up with temporary paint or Plasti-Dip and see if we can sneak it through that way.

I'v had two race weekends on the new suspension. Holy Cow! This car is seriously fast. The new suspension is absolutely amazing. So much better control and confidence. This car will run with almost anyone. Especially on a short track.

We raced in La Junta, CO, last week end, and this car was amazing. This car is able to dive deeper into the corners and hang on to the edge better than ever. The car was turning 55sec laps; which is Viper and Z06 territory.

If you want to make a serious improvement in the way your car handles, you really need to consider the spherical bearings.
