Default 65mm explorer throttle body

i need to do the modification,on the throttle body,where do you get,the cable ball receiver from.

I weld a mustang 95 on mine..


it's solve the ball problem.

I got a pack of receivers from big A. To mount it I made up a plate from aluminum and bolted it over the original. There's a template in one of my car domain pages. Follow the link in my sig to my site and click the "builds" link.

Here's some pics for you:





Where it says "lock bolt" I use a small bolt and nut to secure it. The three new reciever points let me fine tune the throttle response. Also, the springs on the Explorer throttle are rather light. I always add at least one return spring to it.
