How about this one:

https://www.v8miata.net/v8-miatas-sa...-500-sale-909/

270 RWHP = 335 crank HP which is pretty close to your goal. You could swap the stock Mustang cam for just about anything more agressive for a couple hundred and find your extra 15 horses or you could bolt a $3000 Vortec on it and shoot way past that.

Troll? A quick scan of this forum would give several options.

No need to ask if I am a troll. Not looking for any trouble. Obviously you have not looked at the for sale section. Its dated and if it is newer its not what I am looking for. The reason I posted this is because some people on this forum have very nice cars but are not looking to sell their cars but I'm sure if I offer the right price they would.

I think you've got the right approach here. Usually we close down sale threads if the seller informs us the car is sold. Keep in mind that even if the sale post is dated (like over a year old) the car may in fact still be for sale. It never hurts to ask the seller if the thread is still open.

I have a 1990 that spec'd out at 248 hp at the wheels on the dyno, has 301 ftlbs torque (cost me $700+!).
Engine has complete new rebuild before install. Stock heads, E303 ford racing cam, Trickflow valve springs, 19 lbs injectors, new distrubtor, Zoom Clutch & pressure plate, new flywheel, all new exhaust with Flow Masters. Has the Martin Wilson kit with the 7.5 ford rearend with 3.23 gears. New BFG 16" tires. New wheels. Newly upolstered seats. New KYB shocks, New red paint. New conv top. New T-5 trany. The car has less than 500 miles since completion. I would consider selling for $10,200.00 if serious. I can post pictures if you are interested.
