will the cruise control still work,after doing the wiring mods,with the mustang computer,on a 90 miata.

Yes, the cruise electronics are completely separate from the ecu. The only think you'll have to do is hook up the vacuum line for the cruise solenoid to the Ford intake manifold.

Bumping an old thread:

I have the cruise control is my car set up and working however I find that it applies too much throttle and causes the car to surge on the highway. Martin's manual mentions extending the top of the gas pedal to put the cruise control cable further from the fulcrum. Has anyone done this? Pictures or a description of what you did would be great.

I know I'll probably never actually use this but if it's there, I want it to work.

I have the cruise operating on mine and other than the subtle surging, it works fine. I use it on the long hauls.

So I really need to make the fulcrum mod for sure!
