Default Blue and orange connectors on NA
Are all of the blue and orange connectors related to airbag sensors? I replaced the factory steering wheel a long time ago with a Grant GT but I still see some blue and orange connectors under the hood that don't really go anywhere anymore. Can I just get rid of them all?

Yes they are all airbag. If you don't have airbag(s) anymore (especially if these are already disconnected), you can remove the whole system.
