While swapping out a tired v8 for a new 347, I missed something when reconnecting the blower motor. The relay checks out as well as the switch, resistors, and the motor. If I ground the fuse, the motor runs fine. What did I miss?

 

Just to be clear you are talking about the heat and AC blower inside the car not the cooling fans right?
