Default 1999 miata- main engine harnes connector identification

Hi all, new to the forum here. Bought a 99 miata and in process of the tear down for the ford v8 conversion. Going to be doing the MM conversion kit.

The car had the top end removed, intake etc and wires were disconnected when i bought it. I have no idea what each wire goes to.

As i prep the engine bay for the modification, i need to label each wire.

Engine and tranny have been pulled.

Any suggestions on where to find the connector information? This is my first conversion, so i appreciate all of the great information i have found on this forum so far.

I used the Chiltons manual for the Miata for that purpose.
Available at most auto parts outlets.

Google for Miata FSM (factory service manual) for your year. I've found the PDFs online pretty easily and had no trouble following the wiring diagrams.
