Default LS(x) Headers

ok so i know the Sanderson headers work but ive looked around and there are a few different versions, can someone quote a part number or give a direct link to the correct ones? or to other headers that work in the same price range, i dont want to slip up and buy the wrong headers only have to get another set!

Call Sanderson, ask for Nick, and tell him you want the updated LS1 header. Tell him Mike Chapman said hi, and that the effort put into the new header was worth it! They will bolt right up to Jason at Enthuzacar's updated exhaust (confirmed today!) he offers in stainless and in aluminized steel (I opted for Stainless).

Your other option is Flyin Miata's new exhaust. Its an all stainless steel exhaust, but unfortunately I saw they had to dent the 1 1/2 inch primary to get it to clear the steering shaft like the old Sanderson's. It'd be cool to see a dyno comparison between the Sanderson and the exhaust Flyin Miata had their exhaust company develop.

No, but I will give him a call Monday if you'd like. I am unsure about the BF stuff. I was unimpressed with the company and the kits lack of "thought", so I went with the V8R flavor instead.

Nick at Sanderson said the part number for these headers is LS150M for now until they get it integrated into the system. He said they are starting to build extra's to have on hand so people will not have the wait time like some of us initially encountered.

The email is Sheaders@aol.com.

I just e-mailed Flyin Miata inquiring about the new exhaust cost, dyno numbers and comparisons. They do not have any information yet. I also went with Sanderson and Enthuzacar. I am impressed with Jason having picked-up my exhaust directly from him. Unforunately, my reworked header did not get delivered in time for me to finish my car in June. It now has to sit to fall before I complete it. EST 175 to 225 hours to complete when all materials to complete are available.
