Hey guys. Great site. I just bought a 94 Miata for $800. Has anyone tried to put the V6 from the new mustang in a Miata? It has 305 horsepower stock, and lots of speed parts are available already. Main reason I want to use that motor is it only weighs 335lb or so with aluminum block and heads and will rev over 7000rpm. It is a 60 degree design so it is very compact, smaller than a 5.0. They are appearing in salvage yards, but are still pricey. Any tips or ideas would be great. Thanks
