Default Super 8.8 diff

I have been searching and I haven't found anything but I wanted to know if anyone has tried to use the super 8.8 diff from a 2015+ mustang. Looks pretty straight forward in terms of mounting but is significantly stronger than the standard 8.8. mounting flanges are equal spaced and out in the open so should be fairly straight forward creating brackets to install. Short of a guy with an old 240z I haven't really found anyone using these yet. There must be a reason why/why not

The case casting was changed for the 2015 & up mustangs but the internals are the same as the '99-2004 Cobra R and the 2004-2008 Ford explorer. Plenty of aftermarket support for it.
