Default Monster Miata Rear End Kit Mounting

Forgive me if this is something that is somewhere on this forum already. But I can't seem to find it.

I bought Martin's kit for the rear end, including the axle shafts, mounting kit, broached hubs, etc.

I have laid it all out in the pictures below:

My question for you guys, are:
How did you level everything and lay it out to know exactly where it all goes? Is there a reference point somewhere to measure from? Or did you just level it and center everything?

I don't know if these questions even make sense, I just want to measure and weld it all up and don't want it to be off anywhere.

Be sure to remove the plastic brake line retainers before welding.

bump for this, curious if you figured this out on your own or elsewhere? The Martin kit did not include any guidance on this?
