Suspension Frequency

Has anyone calculated the suspension frequency for a Miata? If so, are you willing to share the data?

What about roll center?

This get you where you need to go Bob?

I was out at FM earlier this month (great folks!) and I took this picture.

One of the many things I noticed is the angle of the suspension arms. They're both pointing down. That will put the roll center very close to the ground, if not below ground level.

I have not seen where the CG is, but I would guess it would be somewhere around the camshaft centerline or so. That's makes for a fairly long roll couple.

Is that normal for a Miata?

Mine is about the same I think but I don't have much for photos of it. This shot was early on before I raised it up.

This is about what it is like now I think.

Hard to remember because I have changed the height so many times! I know the back are much closer to flat.

OK, as long as that's normal, I won't sweat it. Thanx.
