Default Rack issue?

I'm great at beating things with a hammer, playful with a torch, and can even make a few small things from scratch.....but suspension systems have always eluded me.
I am running V8R upper and lower control arms on a Boss Frog NB subframe with a depowered rack (properly welded/de-sealed/greased/plugged). I am worried about my Tie Rod angle as the car sits. With the floor about 6" off the ground they are about parallel with the lower arm but not the ground. Is this going to cause me bump steer issues?
I don't mind raising the car if I have to. I have even looked into Heim Joint tie rods but I worry about them not being double shear. Lowering the rod at the knuckle will give a more level rod to the rack but then they are not even with the lower control arms.
Can someone explain this so that it won't sound like I'm listening to Charley Brown's teacher? "Waa wa wa-wa".

I was under the impression that the Boss Frog kit came with extensions to fix the geometry? Have you installed those pieces and your angles are still that far off?

The extensions are for the sway bar. They move the sway forward to clear the balancer.
I used the NA kit on my last V8 Miata and frankly never looked at the tie rods. With this car so open I am just over thinking things I guess. The V8R LCA's kind of highlight the rods a bit

The first question to ask is, do you have bump steer? If you do, make changes. If you don't, drive on.

Before over thinking it, go out and actually measure bump steer. There are some fancy set ups available to measure that. But you can build some parts and put together a kit for not a whole lot of money.

It's a tedious process, too. Plan to spend a few hours measuring and remeasuring until you get it the way you want it.

I made this set up for a Ford. Simple and effective. Didn't really cost me anything, since I already had the materials and tools from other projects.
