Hmmm too bad as thy a definitely probably a little stronger, and lighter, Thanks.... Possibly one of the custom tube replacement pieces could be modified, then have to look at what is needed for the uppers......

When I raced in SCCA in Production and Formula classes one of my friends had a Spec Miata. He was forever complaining about broken and non-adjustable suspension arms. My thought was to upgrade to lighter stronger unit, and weld or drill them to accept rod ends which could be adjusted. My car will mostly be a track car....like this

That's the cost of wheel to wheel racing. Factory control arms so much as weak as they are designed to give before the subframe and tub do. It's much easier to replace the control arm than it is the subframe or straighten the tub. Pick your poison
As far as adjustability goes, yes the factory control arms are limited. If you're looking for arms incorporating spherical rod ends V8Roadsters already makes them and once you add up using quality rod ends and machining spacers to make everything fit correctly, tubing, etc, the price is pretty good. Plus they stand behind their products.

I have made such suspension and I assure you they will cost me less then that amount. Granted they are trying to collect their engineering time to design just the right units, but look up the actual cost of high end (chrome moly)rod ends. You would be looking in the neighborhood of less than $1200 for all of the bearings. What theirs do not tell you is the what grade those rod ends are and whether they were made here or overseas If you want a source for the best, look up Aircraft Spruce...They also have much other stuff I have used over the years.
