This is the earlier xmember design (bushing not included). I decided to get the later xmember design with the bigger hoops for exhaust since I'll be tracking the car and want it quite low.

I'm curious how you managed to have JUST the transmission crossmember for sale. What happened to the rest of it? Or why didn't you need this one part? It comes with the V8R kit right?

will this work with the t5 transmission with modification and anything else i would need?

 

The crossmember bolts to the v8r frame rails and then has a bushing which bolts to the transmission. You would need to find a place to bolt it to and then get the bushing for the transmission. I'm not sure what you'll need to do to make it fit a t5. It might bolt up with a different bushing. You can check with Shandelle at v8r or someone here may know the answer.
