I have a 95 with a 302 ford carberated with a t5 trans and a ford 7.5 limited slip out of a IRS mecury cougar and plan on running 16x8 wheels 245-35ZR16 tires I am about 25% in build so far and have all my parts for install and wondering what has to be done for correcting/calibrating speedo when the time comes?????

It is as simple as installing the correct speedometer drive gear. After driving the car, you can determine what gear is needed.

Look up the specs (diameter, revs per mile) on the tires you are using on tire rack and compair them to the 225/45-15 RS3 most of us are using. If it's pretty close the "red" 23-tooth (IIRC) speedometer drive gear will work for you. LMR (the link above) has the best price. It's under $15.
