Default Miata Madness Austin, TX

Starting my Miata V8 Journey soon. I have been lusting this build for a long time as it is the natural next step for this gearhead. I was a Ford man in high school back in the 80's owning an early 5.0 and spent the majority of my 30's at the the track racing Spec Miatas.
Now that the kids are older, I have time and money to marry my two favorite cars.
I plan on a mild SBF build to be used on street/track, and expose my 16 year old son to the joys and many pains of building a car!!

Yeah we need more Ford guys around here to keep the balance! So do you have a Miata now? If so what flavor?

No Miata yet. I am going to get my engine/drivetrain first (fox or SN95 5.0, T5Z, 7.5 diff)
I plan on an NA Miata 94-97 so I can have the bigger brakes and more easily unload the take off parts.
