Funny every time I come into this thread I play those videos now! I really enjoy festivals too and they are a ton of fun. The local guys don't make anything so they tend to put more heart into it and you really see some good shows on the side stages. They are also full of unknown adventure like when you don't know there is a smoke machine in the back wall of the stage and your drums explode... I have known something was up when Tommy put his shades on but I kid you not I had no idea this was coming and almost crapped in my pants!

I can show you how i build my system. I'm using 6 1/2 in the door and 6x9 on the deck. all on a 4x50 watts rms amp.
For the sub i put 2 8" infinity sub like charchri4, but in the trunk on a 500 watts rms amp.
All is made with fiberglass and mdf.
Hope it's can help you. if you need more picture let me know (a can post finish picture also).
PS : I know my sub are not in the deck. But it's how i build my system in my shop.

Did you guys know that Alpine makes a plug-n-play 45 watt per channel amp for their head units? Even when a stock head unit says its 45 watts it isn't really putting out all that much. These things require no additional wiring and give a true 45 to each speaker. I did one on my GMC crew cab and it sounds great now. I am pushing 6.5 Memphis Acoustic coaxials in the rear doors, 6.5 Memphis Acoustic components in the front doors with the cross overs tucked in behind the factory screens. I have a Rockford Fosgate Punch 125 under the rear seat pushing 2-10" subs in a small custom box. The truck is like a concert hall.
The M-A speakers come with a 3 year warranty and are water proof so I will have to find a way to get some tunes in the Exocet. Hard to make bass with no enclosure but that's just one more small hurdle.

It's write 45 watts, but not rms. To get 45 x 4 rms you need a bigger amp. It's more like it's boost your car headunit of 45 watts over your integrate amp.
But i'm sure it's make a good difference.

It has the same Male/Female connectors as the radio wire harness so it plugs in in-line to the head unit. No additional power/speaker/ground/trigger wires needed. I plugged it in and zip tied it behind the panel below the steering column on the truck. great improvement in sound level and quality. Model number KTP-445A worked with my radio... about $100 new on eBay.

SebZ I tip my hat to your craftsmanship! You are a freaking artist man!
Great tip on the amp too. Last I looked at it all they had was there adaptive nonsense that was crazy expensive. If they would just give us a mid sweep and sub crossover adjustment we would be good to go. I really like the looks of the amp you listed though and going to put one on my Atlanta list.
THANK YOU!

I did created some "rings" out of some 2/4" to raise speaker mounts a bit up and so that the voice is more clear. But still sifting through things and to properly adjust my sub and speakers, i guess i have to work a bit more.
