The G8 uses a stock LS3 with the short nose (corvette) water pump so, yes, the G8 accessory drive fits.

As it turns out the G8 only fits if you want to notch the driver’s side of the engine compartment for the PS pulley to fit. Anybody have a CTSV system they want to sell? It is on back order everywhere.

Rather than changing out the entire accessory drive you might consider getting brackets to relocate just the items that are a problem.
This outfit has lots of brackets.

Turns out there is a new part number for the CTSV accessory drive - 19370820 I googled the part number and Summit came up showing it in stock. Ordered one last night and it says it has already shipped. Have my fingers crossed that it is the right stuff.
