Have begun to piece together parts to begin a V6 conversion into my 1994 Miata. I have pulled a complete engine and trani from a 1992 Ford thunderbird supercoupe with the 3.8 supercharged V6. Have also pulled the rear 8.8 rear IRS rearend with 3:27 gears with traction lock. Read more ยป

With aftermarket headers on, looking to keep the exhaust inside the front crossmember and not go out by the control arms like the V8 swaps.

Thunderbird supercoupe engine in Miata front subframe. Will be modifying the front subframe this summer to allow for more clearance, not bad as is but definitely looking to make things easier to fit.

Picture of my VSS was not sure how to plug in for the Miata speedo cable, pulled my VSS out of my trani and found it had a yellow plug in the end, removed it and now understand I can insert the speedo cable provided by Martin and have a speedo cable to drive the Miata speedo as well as the existing electrical plug in for the ecm. Best of both worlds. Cool.

Just received my new Factory Five Racing axles. No longer available at FFR now discontinued, got one of the last 3 sets. Will be relocating the shock mounts to fit these axles.
