Default powersteering return line

i have a 90 miata,installing a 302,with a 96 rack and pinion,the problem,i am having,is that,i can not,install the metal return line,shaped,sort of like a c pattern,into the rack and pinion valve body,it hits the oil pan,is there,some kinda of special fitting,you have to install,to make it work.

It needs to be "tweaked" a little and clocked diferntly than stock to get it past the engine mount and oil pan. You may also have to grind the aluminum portino of that end of the rack down a little.
