NA rear subframe in NB

I have a complete NA subframe with all the components and an 8.8 mounted and ready to stab in an NA. I just came across a great deal on a NB. Will that subframe mount up?

They will interchange. The NB has captured nuts to add support brackets, I changed mine on my NA.
