Why are you selling it?
Just so you know I'm about 6 hours from you and would need a ton more info and photos before I would make the trip down. Any detail you have would be helpful to getting it sold.

The car was built in Edmund, Oklahoma. He used the Martin kit. Most of the info I have was based on him. The owner was a business owner and he had the employee build it. I only dealt with the employee but it looks like he did everything by the book and he said if he needed questions answered he called Martin. I am selling it because I bought a different car and dont need two fast sports cars. The clutch needs adjusted and I was going to put in the reinforcement bracket this winter. That is the only issue it has. The car has never got hot even in town on 100 degree days. The car is solid with no rust but does need a new paint job. Call me at 620-326-5570 and ask me more questions and let me know what kind of pics you want.
So you paid $13k for it?
Any suspention upgrades or is it riding on the kit front springs? What shocks does it have? From what I can see it didn't use one of my harnesses (MRM), did it?
Can you tell us who the builder was?

No, did not pay $13000 for it. : ) But the builder said he spent $13000 on parts for it, however I never go the rcpts for them but based on what I have seen that is probably a close estimate. The builder was an employee of a business in Oklahoma. The owner of the business wanted one built. The employee was a shade tree mechanic but seemed to do a good job. After building it the owner decided it was too uncomfortable for him (he was over 6 foot). Did not use one of your harnesses. He built the harness per Martin's instruction book. It has Rx7 rear brakes, Wilwood front brakes and Sensec shocks/struts. I assume he used the kit springs since he bought the kit.
Another price drop to $8500.

Are you sure it has no o2 sensors? You are running the Mustang fuel injection set up right?
