99 Miata 5.0 $7500
I have started a business and could use the cash. Its the only reason for putting the car up for sale. With that said I am not desporate for cash either and don't mind finishing it up the way I had planned.
I have owned the car for about 8 months and love it! I did not build it and it still needs a few items sorted out. The conversion was done a couple of years ago using Martins Kit. I have the conversion manual that came with the car.
The Bad:
No Smog!
Gauges need work (speedo/tach/engine & oil temp)
Currently does not have o2 sensors (crappy gas mi)
When the car was converted, for some reason they left most of Miata engine harness still under the hood.
I have both parts from Dakota digital to fix the speedo
Ripped top
Items below are from getting run into in a parking lot
Cracked passanger front headlight lense
Cracked bumper
small dent on passanger fender
The good:
99 Green Miata with factory side skirts, Nardi wheel
54K mi but the speedo has not been hooked up for a couple of years
Black leather interior. Interior is almost perfect.
pw, pm, ps, all interior and exterior lights work
Fuel gauge works
heater works
Full Martins kit
Painless 5.0 EFI harness not a used Mustang harness
95 5.0 HO 80k+
Mac cold air
BBK fuel pressure regulator
MSD coil
95 T5 w/short shifter 80K+
8.8 Posi 3.27's (I will check again)
FM frame rails
FM Sways & sway links
Tokiko Illu' adj on all 4 corners
No name strut tower brace
Hard Dog roll bar
Willwood big brake kit
Wallbro 255 gph pump
Track Dog splitter
Last gen MR2 15x6.5 wheels
Exhaust with Borla muffler & electric cut out (very quiet/sleeper) exit in stock location
Additional parts available: $1600 Not including the posi
58cc GT40x heads (small port job, .700+ tripple springs, new seals)
SN95 Cobra GT40 upper/lower intake
Comp Cam XE270HR (NIB)
ARP head bolts (NIB)
24lbs
CL 73mm mass air
BBK 70mm TB
Auto Meter Sport Comp
Oil temp
Oil Press
Water temp (NIB)
3.55's w Eaton posi
My plan was to address the under hood wiring (remove the Miata harness) wire up the tach and speedo and use the Auto Meters for the (oil temp&press, water temp) in a custom plate where the radio goes. The rest of the wiring is good. Good connectors and heat shrink ect..The parking lot rash really didn't bother me as my intention was to track the car as well. I knew I would be replacing them in the future .
I will post pics or create a link as soon as the weather clears up here. Bay Area, CA.
Thanks for looking!
