I'm running on 15x8's right now but when I make the jump to a 15X9 I'm planning on getting a set of Rota K7's for the street and a set of 15x9 6UL's for the track.
For used ones I'd try the Miata Turbo forum or some of the SCCA sites. I founf my last two sets of 6UL's that way.
