You might try LKQ Online.
I was needing a Getrag differential for my swap and they had several to choose from.
If you know a specific model and year you want the differential to be from they can search that way and can also cross check to see the full range of vehicles that utilized the part you are looking for.
Price was good.

If you can't do any better, I have an open 3.27 7.5 sitting on my shelf. It came from a low-mileage T bird (about 65k miles IIRC). I used it to get my Miata on the road. I later swapped it for a traction-lok. I put just a few thousand miles on it, and it was quiet; no whine or other noise. It was from Waco so no rust; I painted it before I put it in. I've kept if the past several years because I was considering building a 2.73 just to play with. Too many projects, it's probably not going to happen. $200 if you need it; I'm in Cedar Park on the NW side of Austin.
