oil pressure sender wire location?

Where can i find the wire for the oil pressure sender? I must have neglected to lable it when the 4 cylinder was removed. Now the original harness is very chopped and modified. I do not want to remove the cluster for fear of breaking the cluster hood. Can anyone tell me the wire color ans witch bundle it is in through the fire wall?

I have a 1995 dash and wire harness in my shed. If the dash wires between my 1993 V8 and 1995 are the same then i can trace down the wire without removing my cluster. Are the 1995 and 1993 dash harness the same?

The Miata oil pressure sender on my 91 was originally on the passenger side of the engine block behind the alternator. The wire was part of the alternator loom section originally. Yellow with red stripe. I think it may have jumpered through the main fuse box too.

You are going to have to remove it anyway to adjust the tach.:ohwell:

Great info! I will begin my hunt for the yellow with red wire tonight.

Also, I had forgotten about calibrating the tach... Those damn cluster hoods always break on me.
