OBDII Connector Pin Relocation

I need to move Pin 7 to Pin 2 on my OBDII connector. I cannot get the pin to "unlock". I'm sure it's a simple process but I cannot figure it out and I've searched the forum for help. Can someone please explain how to unlock the pin from the connector?

Thanks again! After a frustrating hour or so I finally figured it out. Your pics are great! I wish I would have found them when I searched the first time.

I think it gave me fits too, which is why I probably did that detailed of a howto on it. Glad it worked out in the end.
