Has anyone changed the rear brake and turn signals with LED's Or the front turn signals and parking lights with LED's?

If you have make the changes, would you kindly post some pictures of the resistors and the color wires for front turn signals and back taillights you used to wire the resistors.

Thanks for any help.

(By the way I did follow the instructions for the cluster LED change and they look great.)
