New fiberglass part build

Just want to share my fiberglass body work on my miata. Still in progress.

The rpm II intake is so high

This may be epic when done. So many of the hood modifications that have been attempted just sort of..don't work. By starting with a C3 hood's rather modest rise you may be on to something.

I can't wait to see how it turns out!

Looks good. Be sure to let any of the new fiberglass work cure for a few weeks before any body or paint work is done to avoid shrinkage. Mine was smooth as glass when I installed it, but after a few months of heat cycles it started to show signs of shrinking where we increased the thickness of the scoop. I used 3M panel bond to mount mine with no issues of cracking.
