Anyone swapped a hemi into a miata?

Wondering if anyone has swapped a 5.7 hemi motor into a miata? If so what did it take and is there any company's offering mounts for it?

Same answer to your last question on the subject. The only kit support there is for the 5.0 ford and GM LS so if it would fit (which I doubt) you would fabricate everything. Thus it would be about 1000 times more work for no benefit at all.

Alright thanks for the information once again

I think it's an interesting question. I suppose with the right combination of skill and money anything is possible.

As a newbie here, I can tell you the thing that drew me to the Ford/Miata swap was the kit support, and the relatively clean simplicity of the swap. I don't want a hacked up project that looks like a teenage ricer, I want something that is going to be dependable, and look clean like it was a factory job. The Monster Miata kit seems to fit the bill for me.

But as one who likes to turn a wrench, I can certainly understand why someone might want to undertake the engineering and mechanical challenge to do something different.
