Looking for exhaust for my Ford Monster

So, I talked to the guy doing my exhaust. He says supply him with makes and models of parts, and he'll get them and install.

So what I figure is:
-2 1/4" between collector and x pipe (pretzel bend pipe)
Guess I'll need bungs for O2 sensors in these pipes
-Is there a specific x pipe I need or are they generic and off the shelf?
- x pipe to cats- do I stay 2 1/4" or move up to 2 1/2"?
- cats, I guess I need hi flow cats as I'm not using the air pump. Recommendations?
- cats to mufflers -2 1/4" still?
- Mufflers, I've heard a lot of guys switch from Flowmaster to Magnaflows due to droning. Looking for any recommendations here.

This is awesome. I'll be dollying it there (driveshaft unhooked) and driving it home, or at least straight to the alignment shop.

Edited to add: I'm looking for a sound that is not too obnoxiously loud, but opens up on throttle, and NO drone.

Here's a short clip of my car where the exhaust note is clearly heard:

It's a set of Hooker blockhugger headers with 2 1/4' mandrel bent pipe used throughout. The muffler is a Magnaflow Tru-X 2 1/4' dual-in dual-out which negates the need for a separate crossover pipe.

Also, I'm running an LS1, not a Ford, so your mileage may vary.

Sounds great. Running cats?

No cats. Just headers, pipe, muffler and tailpipes.
