Tilton Master Cylinder Please respond
 

I am going to change out my clutch master cylinder to one of the Tilton ones that have been previously discussed. I am doing this for ease of adjustment with the larger volume of fluid available per stroke. The recommended cylinder is a 7/8 bore. I realize that will increase the pressure required to disengage the clutch. I also saw mention of one with a cylinder that is 13/16. Has anyone tried that? It seems like a good compromise. Is there is sufficient volume to make that one work? -Brad

Either one will work.

The 7/8 Tilton makes the clutch heavier but not "heavy". I wouldnt be too worried about it. A 30 minute drive and it will feel normal again. Personally I like the heavier clutch, it has more feel. Link below to what i used..
