Hello all, I have recieved all of my swap components from V8R, and have had an issue with the driveshaft. Shandelle has been very helpful in sending out a driveshaft to rectify the situation, but since the discrepancy has to do with the length of the driveshaft, I want to confirm the length of the shaft with someone who has already completed their swap.

So, if someone with an LS1/t56 (mounted with V8R kit) and Getrag driveline kit could measure their installed and verified driveshaft I would greatly appreciate it. I need the measurement from center to center of the universals.

A measurement of a shaft that doesn't require the aluminum spacer would be optimal, but if you have a spacer shaft, please let me know the dimension of that shaft so I can get a ballpark figure.

Yes, I have contacted Shandelle, but I want to know the length of the driveshaft in your car, because I will know that the dimension works (it has been verified in your car). I have looked at a few threads asking about length, but they all die without a definitive measurement being made.

I will have my car up on jack stands this evening and will get a measurement then.

Edit: Got a measurement of 27 3/4" center of u-joint to center of u-joint

And yes, mine is an LS engine with T56 and Getrag with no spacer.
