T5 and T56 (Ford or Chevy)Transmissions For Us
 

I just ordered a rebuilt T5 transmission from a shop in Wausau, Wisconsin for my Ford 302 swap. I have no affiliation with this guy (except this purchase). Matt is very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and helpful with gear ratios (trans and differential). He uses all OEM parts with upgraded gear sets and billet cluster support plates. Was that $900 with a core or without? If without that's very good, if with a core its still not bad.

No core was required for that price. It would cost less if you had a core.

Received my transmission a couple of weeks ago. It was hot tanked and painted with all new bolts. I was very impressed with quality and quick turn around time. I am definitely going to be buying my motor parts from him. Again, I have no prior relationship or financial interest with Matt, I just thought I would post this so others might benefit from his prices, service and knowledge. I will post pictures soon.
