Poly or stock diff bushings with 7.5 ford ?

Poly or stock diff bushings with 7.5 ford ?
Good day
Have the 7.5" ford diff out of the car for some maintenance.
The rear diff mount is a fabbed steel wing style similar to the stock 1990 Miata mount.
It still has factory rubber bushings attaching the diff mount to the frame.
Any options about replacing rubber with poly ?
Help with wheel hop , create to much NVH ???
Any experiences ?
