Monster Miata Differential bracket doesn't work with 8.8??

one thing i will add though - is Martin ovbiously designs these things for it to be easy/fool proof for the average guy to install in his garage..
the picture that you show looks like it has the whole area reinforced, I assume this takes care of the strength issue that Martin was talking about.. but i do wonder if it's harder to make a "plug and play" solution doing it this way?
you guys definately know more than me anyway, I haven't even welded one on yet..

Hummm that is a very good point Gabriel! I had not thought of ease of installation and Martin makes a great point about armature welders making critical welds. To which I am the poster child and feel the need to add gussets all over the place… Anyway I think the rear mount could be made at least as plug and play as the front one. The back bone of it is the same type of plate spanning the frame and though it would be a poor choice of design it wouldn't take much to make a mount using 2 of his existing front plates.
