Default Clutch Help!

Just want to know if i do some thing wrong. I'm unable to shift in gear.

The first shift with 2 or 3 press of the clutch pedal when engine run. All gear shift well when engine not run.

Maby i still have air in the line, but when i press the clutch pedal the slave move.

Is that the exhaust pipe? If so, maybe it's overheating the oil or cylinder. I'd fab a simple heat shield and see what happens.

You most likely need to adjust the rod on the slave cylinder. It takes a few tries to get it right. The Ford throw-out bearing is to have no free-play at the pressure plate.

I make a mistake, i never change my clutch master (some time we forget thing). I just order a Tilton 75 .875 from summit racing.

I also make a new slave braket, I'm using a miata slave that have a ball end, and i make a groove on the end of my 95 fork to make the ball sit.

Currently with the slave fully compress, there no play with the fork, i make it to have a realy slight pressure (by hand).

Hope is OK?
