Did you press the bearing in, or pound it in? Is the axle nut tight?

There is only one wheel bearing per side, correct? The inner race is two pieces but it is only one bearing. You may want to remove the hub and install another new bearing.

You can't do that. You easily damage the bearing, or get it cocked in the spindle.

Press the bearing out, and inspect the spindle very carefully. If there's any significant damage, toss the spindle and start over.
