Mazdaspeed springs...

Just thought I would check in with what I found on my build. I winitially got the car together running stock springs and shocks. She sat low in the front and everything dragged. Today I installed an oddball combination (because it's what I had) of Tokico Illuminas with '05 Mazdaspeed red springs, Fat Cat Motorsports bumpstops, and Flying Miata top hats (rears only for the hats). The rears were 2" shorter than stock before installing but were stock height once on the car. The fronts have the nose a little high but that could also be that the car was too low before. I may switch to NB top hats for the front to bring the snout down. The best news is that the car handles better than it did before the swap.
Keep an eye out for the Mazdaspeed springs.... they make a nice choice for our swaps!
