Default 8.8 install question NB vs NA

I'm getting ready to install my 8.8 diff in a NB subframe and I'm planning on using the wrightup Mike did on the MiataV8 blog as my guide. It looks like Mike did the install on a NA does anyone know if his mesurment will work on the NB subframe.

Thanks

The only difference I've seen is the location of the stock exhaust hanger that's welded to the subframe. I've done both NA and NB with the same approach.

Great info in that blog! just starting my build and looks like the 8.8 will be first step. Mind if I ask what axles your going to run? found a thread earlier about smaller axles just wondering if they are strong enough?
