If I'm selling mine would the rebuilt title cause the car was from the auction effect the price. I don't know if I should sell it for less or if I should try to still get $11,000 still before I post on Craigslist do you think that's fair or no?
It's a 90 NA with 98,451 miles with a ls1 swap

 

Depends on what caused the rebuilt designation and how it was fixed along with documentation. And on if the buyer cares or not. Generally a salvage or rebuilt title does reduce value though.

alright, the car was back into and the door was replace was all but they went and write it off for that.

To me a dinged title doesn't bother if it's more than 2 years and about 20K miles ago that it was repaired.

I agree with billy when you sell please list it here. There are several folks looking and you would probably sell it pretty quick.

 

considering the chassis isn't worth much to begin with i'd say i'd only drop maybe $1k tops for that. BUT BUT BUT it really depends on the car itself as in mods, and what is needs/doesn't need.
