This is my first post on this forum but I am not new to Miatas or the culture.

I've been the proud owner of my 1999 Miata since 2010.

I bought it with the intention of putting in an LSX based motor. I ended up buying parts little by little and just recently sourced my Ls2 and T56 for my car....

Here's the problem. My friend owns a highly respected LS ONLY shop in Hayward, California and told me with a sad face that there is no way to pull off a smog/state-referee legal swap out here. (Wish I'd have met him sooner) He said I could do the swap but that it would be a ticking time bomb with the CHP and local agencies.

My motor/trans will be going in my 1967 Truck instead. Here's whats for sale:

All parts are NEW

1. BOSS FROG LSX (NB) Subframe and Motor Mounts
Cost me $1295 ($1200) before tax/shipping. Selling for $1000 (I'll split shipping with buyer)

2. BOSS FROG TRANSMISSION MOUNT (T56)
Cost me $495 ($400) before tax/shipping. Selling for $200 (I'll split shipping with buyer)

3. BOSS FROG POWER STEERING
Cost me $270 ($170) before tax/shipping. Selling for $100 (Free shipping)


I hope someone can use this stuff. It bums me out that I wont be using it after all but at least I still have my 99 and enjoy it every day.

The first two are heavy and wont be the cheapest things I've ever shipped.

These are new pieces and a buyer will be getting them at a great price. I'd like to split shipping on these!

Please tell me about the power steering setup you have. Would love to see pics. I looked on BF site and am not sure what you have. Their PS kit is only two lines and adapters for $175?

 

My apologies. It seems they have lowered their prices on everything since I bought them nearly 2 years ago. I've adjusted everything to reflect prices from their site in blue.

I only have the kit you described. Sorry about that. I hope I didn't get your hopes up. If you're still interested, please let me know.

P.s. It seems as if I can't edit my original post to reflect what they would cost off another site (in blue). Until I figure out the problem the prices in blue should be $1200, $400 and $170 respectively. My for sale prices are still in red.

 

Does the trans cross member come with the frame rails like its shown on Boss Frog's web site

I just made your edits for you. It truly stinks that they lowered their prices after you purchased that stuff. Maybe they should send you $295...or a set of Frog arms at least.
